Return & Exchange Policy

At Sana Odace, we aim to provide a seamless and refined shopping experience. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


7-Day Easy Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must include valid reason and supporting images

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–8 working days after product inspection
  • Refunded to your bank account / UPI ID
  • A ৳200 deduction per order applies (shipping & restocking)

Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept tampered packages
  • Do not share OTP before receiving your order
  • Always collect pickup confirmation (SMS or slip)
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for wrong/damaged items

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your location is outside our reverse pickup coverage:

  • You must self-ship the product to our warehouse

Return Approval

  • Incomplete requests may be rejected
  • Returns outside our process may result in store credit instead of refund
  • Used or worn items are strictly not accepted

Exchange Policy

  • Free exchange (no additional charges)
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange or return per order
  • Unboxing video required for incorrect items

Sale & Promotional Items

  • No returns on sale items or promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1)
  • Exchange allowed only if size/color is available
  • If unavailable, item cannot be returned or exchanged

Policy Validity

  • 7-day period starts from first successful delivery
  • Not applicable on exchange or previously returned orders
