At Sana Odace, we aim to provide a seamless and refined shopping experience. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7-Day Easy Return
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Return request must include valid reason and supporting images
Refunds
- Processed within 7–8 working days after product inspection
- Refunded to your bank account / UPI ID
- A ৳200 deduction per order applies (shipping & restocking)
Important Guidelines
- Do not accept tampered packages
- Do not share OTP before receiving your order
- Always collect pickup confirmation (SMS or slip)
- Unboxing video is mandatory for wrong/damaged items
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your location is outside our reverse pickup coverage:
- You must self-ship the product to our warehouse
Return Approval
- Incomplete requests may be rejected
- Returns outside our process may result in store credit instead of refund
- Used or worn items are strictly not accepted
Exchange Policy
- Free exchange (no additional charges)
- Subject to stock availability
- Only one exchange or return per order
- Unboxing video required for incorrect items
Sale & Promotional Items
- No returns on sale items or promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1)
- Exchange allowed only if size/color is available
- If unavailable, item cannot be returned or exchanged
Policy Validity
- 7-day period starts from first successful delivery
- Not applicable on exchange or previously returned orders
