Delivery
At Sana Odace, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed in same day after confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is processed.
Shipping & Delivery:
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Bangladesh.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
- For areas outside Dhaka, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier service.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery updates via the contact details you provided.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Sana Odace accepts returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
Return Conditions:
- You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Products that are not defective (change of mind, size issues, or color preferences) cannot be returned at this stage.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us via info@sanaodace.com or WhatsApp with your order details and the issue.
- Our team will guide you on the return/exchange process.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (for pre-paid orders) or via bank transfer/hand delivery (for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Sana Odace is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes).
- Always inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
- For large or high-value orders, we recommend verifying your address and phone number carefully to avoid delays.
